His Eminence Archbishop Sergius or Serge (secular name Serge Konovaloff was an auxiliary bishop of Evkarpia of the Ecumenical Patriarchate's Russian Orthodox Exarchate in Western Europe.

Serge Konovaloff (Сергей Алексеевич Коновалов) was born on July 8, 1941, in Louvain, Belgium. He studied Germanic languages at the University of Louvain. He was married fathered three children, and was ordained a deacon in 1968 by Abp. Georges (Tarassoff) of Syracuse in Brussels and was elevated to the rank of protodeacon in 1976. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1980 by Bp. Georges (Wagner) of Evdokia and was elevated to archpriest in 1985.

After the death of his wife, he was tonsured a monk in 1990. On June 8 of that year, he was elected to be the successor of the late Abp. Georges (Wagner) of Evdokia, receiving the title of Archbishop of Evkarpia. He was consecrated bishop in Paris on June 27, 1993. He died in Paris on January 22, 2003.
