Isn't Protection of the Theotokos on October 1? Andrew 07:56, October 27, 2006 (CDT)

It seems that in Slavic usage it is so, but in Byzantine (i.e. Greek) usage, it is not [1]. I remember reading something about how the Greeks moved it because of an attempted invasion and the Mother of God visibly protected the city. — edited by Pιsτévο ^{talk complaints} at 16:56, October 27, 2006 (CDT)
