Peter Petrovich Izvolsky
Peter Petrovich Izvolsky was Ober-Procurator of the Apostolic Governing Synod, the Imperial government governing agency over the Church of Russia, from June 27,1906 to February 5, 1909. He succeeded Duke Alexei Alexandrovich Shirinsky-Shikhmatov.
