The [[monastery]] was founded on [[March 1]], 2007 and is located in the residential area of the city. The monastery currently uses an Anglican/Episcopalian rectory, but plans to establish themselves in the countryside outside of Toronto.
Currently, [[Hieromonk]] Nicolas is the only [[monk]] in residence. Plans are being formed to invite some monks from Romania to join [[Archimandrite]] Nicolas. The monastery is a "House house of prayer for all nations" that, even though English is the primary language used in the services, with some Romanian, use of other languages is contemplated. Pious men who desire to serve the Lord within the Angelic/Monastic way of life are invited to join the community.
