God is Spirit, and those who worship Himmust worship in Spirit and Truth." (John 4:21-24) Also He taught: "render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's" (Matthew 22:21, August 27Mark 12:17, Luke 20:25) Authorities (Caesar's) permission, is a prerequisite for do service in aparticular church.
