Constantinos Athanasopoulos

During 2007 and 2008, Dr. Constantinos was an e-Learning Officer at the Subject Centre for Philosophical and Theological Studies in Leeds, England where he produced a wealth of resources for use by the Philosophy and Religious Studies academics in the United Kingdom in relation to good e-learning practice in Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies. In 2008, he organised an International e-Learning Conference in York.
Dr. Constantinos has published actively in the field of Philosophy and Theology, including the book ''Ancilla Theologiae: Philosophy and Theology in Medieval times and the Byzantium''. This book, with other works of his, projected a pro-Orthodox attitude that was not acceptable in the Greek philosophical academic circles of Philosophy and Theology , resulting in his own home country led him into self-exile in the United Kingdom among others reasons.
Dr. Constantinos has also contributed to many International Conferences in Philosophy and Theology in Greece, Russia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Poland, and South Africa. He is a member of various Philosophical Societies and editorial boards of Philosophical Journals in the United Kingdom and abroad.
