Changes

The abbot, Hieromonk [[Evagrios (Simonopetritiotis)|Evagrios]], was a monk for approximately 14 years on [[Mt Athos]] in the Monastery of Simonopetra. He was ordained to the priesthood on the 7th of January, 2005 by Bishop [[Nikandros (Palyvos) of Dorileou|Nikandros]], the bishop responsible for Western Australia in the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese. On the same day, the then-novice of the monastery, also from Mt Athos, was tonsured a reader. Later, on the 21st of January, Archbishop [[Stylianos (Harkianakis) of Australia|Stylianos of Australia]] ordained Fr Thalassios, also from Simonopetra, to the diaconate.
