This issue I have is over-riding the link I set up for the Bishops. I have noticed that you include the Metropolis area as a title to their name Eg. His Emincence [[John (Black) of Area A and B]]. Thanks I dont agree with including the 'of Area A and B' part because that title could change with time. They may become a Metropolitan to another area perhaps and then the title would no longer be relevant. I think it suffices to just use their name with Surname in the brackets ..leaving the title out of it? What do you think? Is their something I dont know that I should know for your contributions! the reason to include the title? --[[User:FrJohnIxthis888|FrJohnVasiliki]] 2014:3700, 24 Nov 2004 February 21, 2008 (CSTPST)

== Account for your husband Help needed==Hello Magda, I would like to bring to your attention problem with the article [[John (Zizioulas) of Pergamon]] where one of the users keep removing valid academic source to the criticism of the J.Z., not providing any valid academic reason for removal, but rather expressing his own opinion on the matter. Since I know that user from Wikipedia and have experienced his disgraceful behavior there, I am asking for help before situation ends up in the formal request for mediation (just as happened there). Thank you.

Hmm, you're right about the spelling of Sepulchre. That was bothering me throughout, but I didn't want to change the title of the article. Do you think it should be Americanized?
== Triodion Stuff ==Hello [[User:Magda|Magda]]! The characterization As for what I did changed, there were a number of verbs in the week after history section of the Publican and Pharisee as "the first week of article in the Triodion" is certainly correct and commonly heard. In your comments on my user talk page, I think present tense (athat were about past events) and (b) are spot on. So that's what I've never heard the pre-Lenten weeks of preparation referred meant by present to as the "Triodion"past tense in history. I've only ever heard them referred stopped after the history section (except for changing annointed to as anointed in the pre-Lenten weeks of preparation ornext paragraph), in short-handso that's why you don't see changes throughout. Oh, pre-Lentand I also messed with what I thought was awkward wording once or twice. Please change anything you think needs undoing.[[User:Dcndavid|DcnDavid]] 09:29, 23 Feb 2005 (CST)

Regarding the style ==New England Diocese==Thanks, Magda, for catching the [[Church Calendar]] commemorations: I think it would get cumbersome to use the full versions found in [[Saint commemorations]]. There seems to be a terser style characteristic of synaxaria and menaia. I doncentury 't think we intend for there to be a single menaion that wedate're using here. Also, but rather a sort of combined menaion you came up with differences noted in parentheses where the custom varies. == Link buttons External links --- ==
Hi MagdaWell, something like that. I think what you've got is have modified three articles (on purpose) on a decent first rought attempt. There are standard sizes for link bannerstemporary basis, as well as for simple small-size buttons. There's lots of sites only so that talk abotu this - [http://wwwI can demonstrate an idea .1second.com/bannerinfo.htm here's one I came across in wanted to point out that I will revert the articles back once I have had a quick search] - response I suppose from at least your or one standard size, e.g., is 486 x 60. I'm also thinking of smaller buttons, like many blogs have - see e.g. the very bottom Fathers or some of [http://raphael.doxos.com raphael.doxos.com]. Thanks1 [[User:FrJohn|Fr. John]]------------That's good Magda, I like that one - please do link the other admins as to it or post a link for it on a link buttons page. About the image - it's pretty genericwhat you think ... I stole it off the web from somewhere, but it's a very common Orthodox symbol, so I don't imagine copyright would apply. [[Userthree "pilot" articles are:FrJohn|Fr. John]] == Image question ==
I'm not really clear on what you're asking. Do you want to be able to make an image smaller without having a caption below it but still having an "alternate text" show up when the mouse hovers over it? What do you want to be different in the :[[Isidore Athanasius of ChiosAlexandria]] example? --:[[UserAlexander Schmemann]]:ASDamick|{{User:ASDamick/sig}}[[John of Damascus]] 12:42, 14 May 2005 (CDT)
: I just added am definately keen to get a discussion going linking Owiki and Osource ... I am having a size specification to lot of fun doing the [[Isidore of Chios]] page, and it not only obeyed my size stipulation programming in Osource but also shows the captionI dont want to move forward until some people start putting in some feedback. : The only part that seems to be affected by order is that the last element becomes the caption or alt-text (i.e., what gets shown when you float your mouse over the pic).
: I think the element that's causing your headache may well be the <nowiki><div style== St...></nowiki> portion of the template. I don't know how the voodoo for that works, though. Something about it doesn't want a frame/thumb around the pic. Are you trying to get the caption to appear below the images in the date templates? :Magda, could you please explain how you do the calendar pages step by step? I would rather stay consistent and it seems like you may have a system. I would think you do something like this (assuming you are aggregating the info from only online sources)::*First visit a calendar site (e.g. OCA), copy the contents to a text editor:*Then visit another site, copy contents to the text editor, delete duplicates:*Visit another site...repeat:*Order the saints/feasts in their chronological order:*Include internal OrthodoxWiki links:I think it would be great if a series of steps could be our guide. Maybe we could them post them as a suggestion at the [[OrthodoxWiki:Style Manual (Church Calendar)|Church Calendar]] section of the [[OrthodoxWiki:Style Manual|Style Manual]].
