In the OCA article, he is called "Bishop of Perm" (Great Perm) ... under the Holy Orthodox Trinity website, he is referred to as [http://www.holytrinityorthodox.com/calendar/los/August/19-02.htm "Bishop of Velikoperm" (GreatPerm)].
