==Life==
Other than that Panagiotis Dimelis was born in 1922 little is known of his early life. He received the name Apostolos when he entered an ecclesiastical life. He was [[consecration of a bishop|consecrated]] a [[bishop]] on [[November 20]], 1973 and was [[enthronement|enthroned]] as the Metropolitan of Rhodes in 1988.

Metr. Apostolos retired in 2004 and was succeeded by Metr. [[Cyril (Kogerakis) of Rhodes|Cyril (Kogerakis)]]. Metr. Apostolos reposed on [[September 22]], 2010 in Rhodes.
