[[Image:wilfrid.jpg|right]]Saint Wilfrid (c. 634 - April 24, 709) Also called "Wilfrith" and "Wilfred" was a bishop who lived in the 7th century. He is well known for his scuffles with St. [[Theodore of Tarsus]] and of his sharing of the see of York with St. [[Chad]] of Mercia.
