While it is true that St. Raphael was functioning in the US in concert with the [[Church of Russia]] (and he's listed on that page in that section, as well), there was also a strange aspect of his status in that Antioch regarded him as ''their'' bishop in the US, as well. There's even some form of patriarchal praxis that was issued for him.
