OrthodoxWiki is a community-edited encyclopedia of Orthodox Christianity. Articles are created and edited by our members, and so everything that we do here is subject to review and revision. The result is a true consensus product, with every interested editor contributing his own knowledge and writing skills. As such, when you feel that criticism of an article is warranted, we encourage you to join in and fix it! Don't worry about breaking anything or doing something wrong—the other editors here are happy to jump in and help you learn.

You'll have to verify your email address before editing any pages. This helps us prevent spam. Don't worry, your email won't be viewable to anyone but the sysops. We respect your privacy.

Your userpage

Dear Megally, you may have noticed that I deleted the contents of User:Megally. The reason is that it all seemed to be material taken from the http://www.hyperhistory.com/ website. I'm sure you'll understand that we can't copy others' material without their explicit permission, even on one's userpage, which is normally not subject to the content rules for the rest of OrthodoxWiki.

I have deleted the contents of your user page again. The material on the pages at Judaism 101 have an explicit copyright notice linked at the bottom of the page. Please read the material under the text editing box on OrthodoxWiki regarding copyrighted information (specifically: "DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!"). Dear Megally, you are allowed to put up many things on your user page, but you may not use copyrighted material without permission. The second time I deleted your user page, it seemed to be a copy of this page, which states at the bottom of the page "Copyright © 2008, Crosswalk.com. All rights reserved. Article Images Copyright © 2008 JupiterImages Corporation." If you would like to put links to other pages on your user page, you are welcome to do so, but you may not use copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder.
