I have worked out ur technique. This paragraph is good,yeah? but being upset with you had nothing to do with the deletion of an article ...it had to do with ur overall 'dismissiveness' - DELETE NOW, QUESTION LATER approach. There is a difference between people who come and go ...and a difference between people who have come and are showing signs of wanting to stay and are working pretty damn hard ...these people deserve to be 'spoken to' (just like in reality, you dont dismiss people you have a conversation with them first and then action). So, though your philosophy might say a lot to you ...it has flaws because you dont look at the glass from other sides! BTW, the HIGHEST elder (in Hierarchy and structure) was Christ, and quoting, he says to those who rule to be 'slaves' - submissive to those beneath them.
