I know you want to spread Christianity on the internet and did not understand what I was trying to convey.  I know the concept of anchor text can be hard to explain verbally.  It is a easy concept though.
Anchor text  (also called link label) is the visible, clickable text in a hyperlink.

There are computer programs which can analyze the anchor text of competing webpages and you can use this analysis to determine your anchor text usage.
