My name is David James. I was born in Canada to parents who are American citizens, so I have dual Canadian/US citizenship. I was raised a Roman Catholic, but was chrismated into Orthodoxy on Lazarus Saturday, 1969. I am a graduate of McGill University and the Summer School of Liturgical Music at Jordanville. I am a founding member of St. Xenia of Petersburg Russian Orthodox Church in Methuen, Massachusetts, a parish of the Eastern American diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. I am the translator of "A Psalter for Prayer," published by Holy Trinity Publications, Jordanville, NY, in 2011.
