I live in Raleigh, NC and formerly lived in Crestwood, NY, where I attended St. Vladimir's Seminary from 2002-5. I graduated ''cum laude'' with a Master of Divinity degree, and my thesis was titled ''Metropolitan Petros of Astoria: Microcosm of the Old Calendar Movement in America.'' for which I received a grade of A.
I am a member of the GOC (Genuine Orthodox Church of America) under Metropolitan Pavlos of Astoria, having found that Church while studying at St. Vladimir's Seminaryliving in New York.
I am part of the administrative team of [http://www.orthodoxchristianity.netOrthodoxChristianity.net], which I co-founded on May 12, 2002.
I am married and currently employed as a Network Engineer. My wife and I helped found a nascent mission parish in Raleigh, North Carolina, [http://www.gocraleigh.org St. Mark the Evangelist], whose first liturgy was celebrated by His Grace Bishop Christodoulos in November 2007.
I was ordained a deacon on April 13/26, 2008 and a priest on June 9/22, 2008 by Metropolitan Pavlos at St. Markella's Cathedral in Astoria.
In September 2008, with the blessing of Metropolitan Pavlos, I celebrated the first liturgy in Greenville, NC at [http://www.holytheotokosgreenville.org Nativity of the Holy Theotokos Orthodox Mission].
