Yes, it is formational
The copy of this article currently reads like public relations matter. Suggestions for improving the quality of the copy include: date of college's foundation, details on administration, faculty & student body. As currently written, it is hard to determine whether the school even exists yet.--Basil 22:46, June 8, 2010 (UTC)
: Clarification: This information (and more) should be included in the body of the article, not only in infoboxes.--Basil 22:55, June 8, 2010 (UTC)
::The information about the college is rather sparse. As a new school, additional information would help, such as: has the school started classes? If not, is the comment of 2011 mean first classes are planned in the fall of 2011? Or later?  Physically, a street address, where is the school property, or is it in an acquisition phase? As the article now stands the discussion comment, above, is right in that the article appears more as PR matter for an anticipated school.  Wsk 20:42, June 11, 2010 (UTC)
