I think "Spilaiotis" is not his last name, but means "Cave-dweller" as he is also known as. This means that his parents do not have this as a last name. If this is the case, we need to remove "Spilaiotis" from his parents' name.

I have seen icons and books of Elder Joseph referred to as "the Hesychast" as well as "the Cavedweller" (or Spilaiotis in Greek) so the title and intro can show that. I don't know the style for how to show that it is not his last name. I can remove his parents' last name.
