Dear Father
::According to Archbishop Aristarchos in a report by AsiaNews, the former patriarch "is in his room and working peacefully" [http://www.asianews.it/view.php?l=en&art=4349]. The new Patriarch Theophilus III is till struggling to get recognised by the Israeli government [http://www.asianews.it/view.php?l=en&art=4473]. "In everyday life, without a letter of recognition by the Government, many private and public bodies - for example, banks, companies, but also the land registry and various Government agencies - often refuse to deal with the Patriarch in his capacity of legal representative of the corporation he heads."

The Patriarch of Jerusalem still lives in the Pathriarchate. All that he was accussed was wrong. He is innocent and there is proven documents from the higher court of Israel and Palestinian Authorities. If you need more information please email me at iviscus@aol.com.
