An article on Orthodox evangelism might be appropriate, but "e-vangelism" seems something of an idiosyncratic term (and a bit cheesy, at that). Remember that all articles must address the question, "What does this specifically have to do with the Orthodox Church?"
An encyclopedia covers what's actually happening, so such an article should show evidence that there's something already being called "e-vangelism" that's being done by active members of the Orthodox Church. Are you aware of any?
