I've read that some people claim that Nestorius wasn't a Nestorian, and that it was just a misunderstanding of language. This seems similar to the claim made about the Anti-Chalcedonians, that, there was a linguistic misunderstanding. Anyone know much about this? the follow links are interesting in content:
