How can I reduce the size of an image? [[User:Ixthis888|Vasiliki]] 17:46, January 20, 2008 (PST)
:There are two ways (that I know of) to reduce an image: either put "thumb" in between two bars, just like you did for right or frame, or instead specify a pixel size. For example: <nowiki>[[Image:nothing|right|200px|This link doesn't go anywhere!]] </nowiki> And maybe this is just because I'm slow, but I can't seem to get both thumb and frame to work at the same time, so I deleted the frame tags.
:Also, when I first came to the wiki I found it was very helpful to click the edit button on existing articles just to see how the formatting was done, without making any changes. For example, you can see how the I shrunk the pictures and moved them in this article. It's better not to have two images right on top of each other, so I spaced them out and put them on different sides of the page because I personally like balance. Feel free to move the placement of the pictures anywhere you want, though, or put both back on the right side; that's not really important. [[User:Gabriela|Gabriela]] 18:52, January 20, 2008 (PST)
