==Bishops of Japan==
Hi Andy,

Nice job getting all the bishops categorized by city. I was thinking how to breakdown all (So many!) bishops into some categorization. I hadn't thought of using the city names; I was lending to "countries" but didn't like it.

The reason for this note is I notice that we have two categories covering the ruling bishops in Japan: Bishops of… and Metropolitans of … . I proposed that we use only one and that be Metropolitans of … . This would follow having all the ruling bishops of Russia, as an example, whether they were bishops, metropolitans or patriarchs. :Hi, Andy,

Your comments certainly open up further the dilemma I've had about the inconsistencies we have over titles, spellings, and such. I find myself going in circles at times, especially with transliterations. And, your question on the title for the ruling bishops of Japan hits right at it, as I may have been inconsistent myself.

I think the proper tittle for the metropolitans since autonomy is Metropolitan of Tokyo. According to the OCA's ''Orthodox America'' the title from Bp. Ireney to autonomy was bishop/archbishop of Tokyo. Before Bp. Ireney, I am not sure what the 'official' titles were. In a thesis by Masatoshi John Shoji, of which I have a copy, his references to Metr. Segius and Bp. Nicholas (Ono) are "…of Japan" and for Abp. Nicholas before them I'm less such.

After all this I suggest we use the current title of "…of Tokyo" and, as you note, just mention the differences in the article prolog, such as has been done for the Patriarch of Moscow. - Bill Kosar [[User:Wsk|Wsk]] 16:39, April 5, 2010 (UTC)

== Request to help ==
It's again me. I would like to create something which looks like film infobox card in Wikipedia. May be, to use a table attached to right margin? Then this thing will look like template:infobox inserted in a article, although it would not be a template in reality. I want to do so in [[Puppy (2009 film)|this]] article. --[[User:Stone18|Stone18]] 23:35, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

And another problem: this file [[:Image:Puppy.jpg]] has error creating thumbnail. Help please.

== Italian Version ==

Hi Andrew, nice to meet you!
I wish me you opened the site in Italian so that I can add the contributions, I do not know because I can not open the website in Italian. Please can you help? How do I know if you opened the Italian version to be filled? [[User:Raggiodisole|Raggiodisole]] 12:06, February 23, 2011 (UTC)

== About the image in the text '''Ipomoni of Loutraki''' and also '''the article's title''' ==
Dear Andrew. Please check the image ''Portrait of Manuel II Palaiologos with his wife Heleni (Saint Hipomoni) and two of his sons'' at the text '''Ipomoni of Loutraki''' and its rest publications on the web. If there is any problem please erase it immediatelly. However, this is an medieval image kept at the Louvre museum.

Also, '''I strongly recommend to change the title of the article''' from '''Ipomoni of Loutraki''' to '''Saint Hipomoni''' because that is the english vesrion of her name and also she was never in Loutraki (a city in Greece), but only her holly skull was found there (at St. Patapius cave).

==Bishops by Century Template==
Hi Andrew, I think the Template you added on the "18th-19th c. bishops" category would also be nice to have on the rest of the categories, as it will make navigating easier, looks good. Thanks for cleaning up the category too. Cheers, [[User:Angellight 888|Angellight 888]] 19:09, March 14, 2012 (HST)

==Template:Quotation==
Hi Andrew, I was wondering if you could help me to add a new Template here, for block quatations. The Wikipedia Template is here: '''[[w:Template:Quotation|Template:Quotation]]'''

I have eliminated much of the source code from the Wikipedia model (it had a difficult to understand sub-template embedded in it), and I believe that the following syntax which I have pasted below, will work correctly here on OW; it will produce a text box; then, when using the Template syntax in an article, for large quotations, the text should appear within the box, like this:<br>
'''<nowiki> {{quotation| "...large text quoation here..." }}</nowiki>''' <br>

As an example of how the finished product should look like, see this section of the Wikipedia article on: [[w:Augustine_of_Hippo#Christian_conversion|Augustine of Hippo]]<br>
Whenever you have a moment, can you kindly test the syntax below, to see if it will work (check the source code for these comments on your page, in order to see the code). I didn't want to save it, as I am not ready to use it yet, and I am unsure if it will work). Also, my example here below on your page doesn't look centered. Thanks, [[User:Angellight 888|Angellight 888]] 16:43, June 18, 2012 (HST)

==Bishop of Corinth Dionysius==

I wrote the artiecle [[Bishop of Corinth Dionysius]], however I wasn't aware that there already existed an article for him with the title [[Dionysios (Mantalos) of Corinth]]. You may merge the 2 articles into 1. [[User:688dim|688dim]] 05:48, December 29, 2012 (HST)
