Born After first being [[consecration|consecrated]] Bishop of Brooklyn in Constantinople on October 2/15the American [[OCA|Metropolia]], 1897 to Helias he was elected Bishop of San Francisco and Victoria Papayanni(s), was the fourth Western America and last child of the family.
