Praylius of Jerusalem, also Pravlios was the Bishop of Jerusalem of the Church of Jerusalem from 417 to 420. Little is known of the life of Bishop Praylius.

When Praylius succeeded John II as bishop of Jerusalem and joined those who opposed the teachings of Pelagius, Bishop Zosimus of Rome reversed his sympathy for Pelagius' views and condemned him and his heretical teaching. [1] Patr. Juvenal succeeded Praylius as bishop of Jerusalem in 420.
