Hi, I have a suggestion that may or may not be welcomed. I was reading the [[Filioque]] page and thought on topics that discuss 'controversial" matters, the "External Links" should be clearly identified as either "Orthodox" sources or "Western" sources so that we know which links will take us to webpages supporting orthodox thinking and those that wont ... it might be clear for some people what is what but not everyone accessing OrthodoxWiki has that level of academic experience to know the difference and I think it would be good if some of the "regulars" could assist in doing this? :I think the problem here is that it isn't always so simple... In some cases, I could see this working well -- for example, I think it would be helpful to mark an article from a "Western" perspective arguing that Orthodox Christians are heretics because they do not accept the Filioque -- but even there the issue isn't simply the Western origin of the article -- some Western sources support and Orthodox opinion, and Orthodox writers certainly may be, and have been, wrong about many things. I guess it is much more important to me to ask if something accords with Orthodox Tradition no matter the source. (While at the same time, I think knowing the source is vital to intelligent reasoning.) St Dionysius of Dobrogea. St Neagoe Basarab the Heychast Prince of Romania. Finally the Ukrainians canonised St Gury Karpov who is well known to the Chinese people like St John Maximovitch.
