Malawi constitutes a part of the Metropolis of Zimbabwe. Since 2004, the primate of the Metropolis has been His Eminence George (Vladimirou).

There are two parishes at present in Malawi

St. Nektarios in Limbe, served by Fr. Ermolaos Iatrou,
St. George missionary centre in Blantyre.
