Gerasimus I of Constantinople was the Patriarch of Constantinople in the early fourteenth century. He was patriarch for a very short period, less than two years, from 1320 to 1321.

Gerasimus was born in Philadelphia, one of the cities of the Book of Revelations, and modern day Alasehir. His early life is unknown. He was abbot of the imperial Mangana Monastery in Constantinople. He was elected patriarch of Constantinople at an advanced age, and died on April 19, 1321.
