The Church of Estonia or Estonian Apostolic Orthodox Church (Eesti Apostlik-Õigeusu Kirik) is an autonomous Orthodox church whose primate is confirmed by the Church of Constantinople.

The current primate of the Church is Metropolitan Stephanos of Tallinn and all Estonia.
