Generally speaking, a wonderworker (also called "miracle-worker") is someone who is known for miracles God, the source of all miracles and wonders, has worked through them.
Such miracles include:
- Healing of physical and spiritual illness
- Raising from the dead
- Physical feats of great wonder
- Healing of Demonic Possession
- Myrrh-streaming relics and icons
Some saints are specifically titled "Wonderworker" - in this way it is also a category of sainthood.
