Hesychasm ((Greek)

ἡσυχασμός, hesychasmos, from ἡσυχία, hesychia, "stillness, rest, quiet, silence") is an eremitic and mystical tradition of experiential prayer in the Orthodox Church, practised by the Hesychast (Gr. Ἡσυχαστής, hesychastes).
