His Eminence Callinicos (Demenopoulos) of Paronaxia is the metropolitan of the Metropolis of Paronaxia under the jurisdiction of the Church of Greece. The metropolis is located within the Cyclades island group in the Aegean Sea. Metr. Callinicos has been metropolitan since 2008.

In 1986, he entered the Holy Orders when he was ordained deacon with the name Callinicos. He was ordained a priest in 1989 by Bishop Ierotheos of Hydra. Father Callinicos then served as a preacher and head of the youth of the Metropolises of Hydra, Spetses and Aegina, New Smyrna, and Paronaxia as well as serving as vicar of Aegina. For ten years of this period Fr. Callinicos also served as the secretariat of the Holy Synod.
