The '''Baptistry of John''' refers to the remains of an ancient baptistry found next to a whitewashed chapel known as the ''Chapel of St. John on the waterfront'' in the port town of ''Skala'', Patmos island in Greece. Tradition claims that this baptistry was used by the [[Apostle John|apostle]] for baptisms.
