The holy, glorious, all-laudable Apostle Justus is numbered among the Seventy Apostles. He was one of the sons of Joseph the Betrothed, and he and the Apostle Matthias were selected to replace Judas Iscariot but ultimately was not chosen. He was Bishop of Eleutheropolis and died a martyr. The Church remembers St. Justus on October 30.
