Archimandrite Andriy was consecrated to the episcopacy on [[December 13]], 2005 (the Feast-day of St. Andrew) at St. Volodymyr's Cathedral in Chicago. Concelebrating the consecration were Metropolitans Constantine of Irinoupolis and [[Nicholas (Smisko) of Amissos|Nicholas]] of the [[American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese|American Carpatho-Rusyn Orthodox Diocese]]; Archbishops Vsevolod of Scopelos, [[Anthony (Scharba) of Hierapolis|Anthony]] of the Eastern Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA, [[Yurij (Kalistchuk) of Toronto|Yurij]] of the Eastern Eparchy of the [[Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada]], [[Job (Osacky) of Chicago|Job]] of the [[Orthodox Church in America|American Orthodox]] [[Diocese of the Midwest (OCA)|Diocese of Chicago and the Midwest]], and [[Nicolae (Condrea) of Chicago|Nicolae]] of the [[Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese in America and Canada|Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of the Two Americas]]; and Metropolitan [[Iakovos (Garmatis) of Chicago|Iakovos]] of the Greek Orthodox [[Metropolis of Chicago]], who represented the [[Church of Constantinople|Ecumenical Patriarchate]] at the service.
On [[August 23]], 2008, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, at the Extraordinary Church Sobor of the [[Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada]], Bishop Andriy, along with Bishop [[Hilarion (Rudnyk) of Edmonton|Ilarion (Rudnyk)]] (elected as bishop of Edmonton and of the Church's Western Eparchy, was elected ''Bishop of Saskatoon, and Vicar of the Central Eparchy''. On [[February 1]], 2011, Bp. Andriy assumed the responsibilities of ‘ActingActing-Bishop of the Eastern Eparchy of the UOCC.
