His Eminence Ambrose (Lenis) of Kalavryta and Aigialeia is the Metropolitan of the Metropolis of Kalavryta and Aigialeia. The metropolis is located in Achaea in the northern part of the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece.


Athanasios Lenis was born in 1938. Upon his entering the Holy Orders Athanasios was given the name Ambrose. He served as dean of the religious office of the Greek police and as chief secretary of the Holy Synod before his election in 1976 to the episcopate as a titular bishop.
