The '''Monastery of the Holy and Life-Giving Trinity''', '''[[Lavra]] of Mambre''', is a [[monastery]] for women under the [[jurisdiction]] of the [[Church of Antioch|Patriarchate of Antioch]] near the City of Guatemala in Guatemala. The monastery, which supports the only Orthodox church in Guatemala, was founded in April 1986 by Mother Inés (Ayau Garcia) and Sister María Amistoso. It supported the only Orthodox church in Guatemala before 2010, when [[Orthodox Christianity in Guatemala]] expanded with the mass conversion of Mayan Indians.
