Dr. Vasiliki Tsigas-Fotinis, has one Masters in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from St. John’s University, and two Masters and a Doctorate in Philosophy degrees in Educational Administration and Developmental Psychology from Teachers College and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, Columbia University. She has taught Kindergarten through to adults, and has been an administrator in a number of public and private schools. She is currently a Faculty member as Part-Time Lecturer in the Graduate School of Education at Caldwell College, and in the Nathan Weiss Graduate College, Educational Leadership Department at Kean University. In the past, she served as High School Curriculum Coordinator for the Department of Religious Education of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of American and served on the Orthodox Christian Education Commission (OCEC) as a jurisdictional Committee Member. Vasiliki is a Trustee of the Jessie Banks Foundation since 2004. She has also authored a children’s book entitled: "The Jesus Prayer and Me" published by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America Department of Religious Education.
