The holy, glorious, all-laudable '''Apostle Cleopas''' is numbered among the [[Apostles#The_Seventy|Seventy Apostles]]. It was to St. Cleopas that the Lord appeared on the road to Emmaus ([[Gospel of Luke|Luke]] 24:13-33). The Church remembers St. Cleopas on [[October 30]].
Cleopas is the father younger brother of [[Joseph the Betrothed]] and the father of [[Apostle Symeon|Symon the Zealot]].
