Archbishop Vsevolod (Maidansky) of Scopelos was an auxiliary bishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the USA (Ecumenical Patriarchate) serving in the United States. He was the presiding bishop of the Western Diocese of the Church, headquartered in Chicago Illinois.

Archbishop Vsevolod was consecrated to the episcopacy on September 27, 1987 as primate of the body known as the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of America, which included those parishes of Ukrainian heritage in the United States under the authority of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. In 1997, when the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the USA came under the omophorion of the Patriarchate as well, the two bodies merged and Bp. Vsevolod moved to Chicago to assume authority of parishes in the western part of the country. When the two Churches joined Abp. Vsevolod was elevated to the rank of archbishop, and on April 14, 2000, the Holy Synod of Constantinople elevated Bp. Vsevolod officially to that rank.

Abp. Vsevolod reposed on December 16, 2007 at 80 years old.
