Is "Pax Romana" Orthodox terminology or accepted orthodox history passed down through the tradition of the church or is it a Western Scholarly term?? Curious since I know that some Western Scholarly terminology - especially that which has been created and adopted by the Latin Catholic West, if adopted into mainstream Orthodoxy will ultimately end up distorting the Orthodox character retained and passed down the last 2,000 years .... this is a polite and friendly challenge if you will :) Vasiliki 23:30, December 17, 2008 (UTC)

The term is correct and widespread English usage for the subject. See also the section in the article quoting one of the Orthodox services and a father of the Early Church as well. There is no Western and Eastern here. Angellight 888 23:50, December 17, 2008 (UTC)
