: Aftimios was not himself an ''episcopus vagans'' (having been consecrated within the Church by canonical authorities), though some of his "successors" were.  I've never heard of Joseph Skureth -- who is he?  Metr. Sources of consecration

In addition to Aftimios Ofiesh, perhaps Joseph Skureth (consecrated by Metropolitan John (Wendland), exarch of the Moscow Patriarchate in North America) could be considered another one. Just a thought, perhaps others have a different understanding?
