There is no diocese of Ramen --- given that this is a noodle, I thought this name for the diocese was unlikely. The english version of the website says there are three dioceses in Tokyo, Kyoto and Sendai. Also, Sendai is the seat of the diocese of Eastern Japan. Following is the source:

I corrected the same section. Bishopric see in Kyoto has been vacant since 1999.
