Greetings. I am a contributor to the Romanian section. As I was checking some translations, I stumbled upon this article. It seems to me that Apostles Apollo and Apelles are two different persons. The Synaxarion and Prologues information given in the links do not all concur on where Apollo / [and] Apelles were bishops, and I checked the Greek scriptural text for the names' spelling and they are quite different: There is an Apollws [with omega](Acts 18, 24) and an Apellhs [with an ita] (Romans 16, 10) which don't really seem to be one and the same person/s. Could you help me with this? Thank you. Kamasarye 18:29, April 19, 2008 (UTC)

Agree. changed the page omitting Apelles, noting the separate article already on Apelles. Wsk 13:25, December 8, 2008 (UTC)
