Talk:Alexander of Constantinople

The dating of the transition of the see in this article between Metrophanes and Alexander follows the dates posted in the website of the Ecumenical Patriarchate [list of Patriarchs]. These dates, however, at not consistent with the Ecumenical Patriarchate [[1]] for Metrophanes I, nor the date of the First Ecumenical Council, Alexander having been Bishop of Byzantium from ten years prior to the council.
