The Holy Metropolis of Mytiline, Eressos and Plomariou [1] (Gr. Μυτιλήνης, Ερεσσού και Πλωμαρίου) is part of the Church of Greece

The current metropolitan is His Eminence Metropolitan Iakovos III of Mytiline (Gr. ΙΑΚΩΒΟΣ Γ' Μυτιλήνης, Ερεσσού και Πλωμαρίου)
