His Grace, The Right Reverend Bishop Mark (Maymon) is diocesan bishop of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Diocese of Toledo and the Midwest Born in Jeffersonville,Indiana in the 1950s and baptized in the Roman Catholic Church, he later became a Pentecostal Christian, attending an Assembly of God church in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Oral Roberts University (ORU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma and for a period of time, before his conversion to the Orthodox Church he taught Old Testament at ORU. Later he served at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan before he was elected Bishop by the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch.

He attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and for a period of time before his conversion to the Orthodox Church taught Old Testament at there.
