His Eminence, the Most Reverend Justinian (Ovchinnikov), (Russian:Юстиниан Овчинников), Archbishop of Naro-Fominsk, is the Administrator of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USA that consists of the parishes of the Russian mission in America that recognize the canonical authority of the Church of Russia.
Life
Abp. Justinian was born on January 28, 1961 in Kosteryovo, Vladimir Oblast. Prior to his assignment to the United States in 2010 he was the ruling hierarch of the Diocese of Tiraspol.
