Joseph (Harkiolakis) is the former Metropolitan of New Zealand between 2003 and August 2005. According to the Society of Hellenes Abroad, he has resigned for health reasons[1]; according to a priest in the country, his farewell Liturgy was on 28 Aug 2005 [2].
